1. All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase is completed, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks unless stated otherwise.

2. Platform Responsibility

Any service, account, or benefit removed, disabled, limited, or terminated by the original platform is not our responsibility.

3. No Warranty

We do not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated. Durations are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Proper Use Required

Misuse, abuse, sharing, or reselling of accounts may result in termination without replacement.

5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are only provided if the issue occurs within the warranty period (if applicable).

6. Payment Agreement

By sending payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to our TOS.

7. No Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban from all Shadow services.

8. Service Availability

Stock and availability may change at any time without notice.

9. Support Time

Support response times may vary. Please allow reasonable time for assistance.

10. Agreement

By purchasing from Shadow, you automatically agree to all terms listed above.
